Madison Youth Choirs welcomes students with a desire to sing! For ages 7-10, our introductory choirs provide the first step toward what we hope is many years of MYC participation and a life-long journey of musical expression.

Our introductory choirs--like all of our ensembles--are organized around voice type (just as sections of an orchestra are organized by instrument), and have names honoring either a composer or a musical term: Tallis (he/him; they/them) and Colla Voce (she/her; they/them) may be scheduled as combined classes depending upon enrollment.

Each class will be limited to just 15 students and, depending on the current pandemic landscape, may meet masked and socially-distanced. Choose the session that works best for your family!

SUMMER SESSIONS: Class meets for five days, Monday - Friday, from 9am to Noon at MYArts, 1055 E Mifflin Street. Snack provided! Choose the week that works best for you!

Session 1: June 26-30
Session 2: July 10-14
Session 3: July 17-21
Tuition is $190/singer. Assistance is available!

Refund Policy:
Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the start of class: full tuition will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the start of class: 50% tuition will be refunded.
Tuition becomes 100% nonrefundable the day before class begins for your chosen session.
